my practices
This is the part of my work you can see.
The kitchen counter, the weekly rhythm, the way we move through sickness, screens, marriage, motherhood. It’s not a set of tips — it’s a record of how I live when I’m living in alignment with what I believe.
These four threads — Food, Function, Flow, and Favorites — hold the shape of my daily life. You can start anywhere.

Food
What we eat when we’re sick, tired, celebrating, or just trying to get through a Tuesday. Recipes, rhythms, and rituals that nourish without pretending to be perfect. Real food, made often, made sacred.

Function
How we live together. The systems that keep a home running — parenting, marriage, chores, work, rest. What gets done, what gets dropped, and how we respond when it all falls apart. This is the daily effort of keeping life moving.

Flow
Grief. Fever. Rage. Rest. Dreams. Silence. Return.
This is where I track what’s moving in me. What’s loosening. What’s leaving. What’s ready. Healing has a rhythm. I write it down.

Favorites
Healing isn’t a task — it’s a current. This is where I track the invisible: symptoms, cycles, intuition, direction of cure, and the internal shifts that don’t always have names. Sacred unraveling. Subtle progress.
