
Fulfillment of Services

All appointments and consultations are scheduled after payment via our secure client portal in Practice Better. You will receive confirmation and access details by email within 24 hours or less of booking. For digital materials (including the 12 Steps program), access is delivered immediately or by email within 1 business day.
Refunds
There are no refunds for scheduled services, including consultations and follow-up care. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Membership Cancellations
​
To cancel a recurring care membership, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to your next billing date. No partial refunds will be given for unused time once the month has begun.
